Senior Backend Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to design and build scalable, high-performance backend systems. In this role, you will work on modern microservices architectures, contribute to technical decisions, and play a key role in delivering reliable digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable backend services using Java & Spring Boot
• Build and maintain microservices-based architectures
• Contribute to system design and architecture decisions
• Integrate with APIs, databases, and cloud platforms
• Ensure code quality through reviews and best practices
• Optimize system performance, reliability, and security
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
• Mentor junior engineers and support team growth

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in backend development using Java & Spring Boot
• Strong experience with microservices and REST APIs
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms

Nice to Have (Optional)

• Experience with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or OCI)
• Knowledge of event-driven architecture
• Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, ELK, etc.)
