Senior Business Development Manager

SILQ Financial is the financial backbone of the SILQ ecosystem, building capital markets infrastructure and credit capabilities that serve group companies such as Sary and ShopUp. By providing core rails for embedded lending, working capital, and supply-side finance, SILQ Financial enables these platforms to offer financial products natively, with shared underwriting, collections, and governance frameworks. Aligning financing with real trade data and ecosystem flows, SILQ Financial amplifies the reach and depth of both Sary and ShopUp.

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Riyadh for a Senior Business Development Manager. The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying potential opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and developing strategies to expand the company's market presence. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting market research, negotiating and closing deals, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop proposals, and maintaining a deep understanding of industry trends.

• Experience in business development, market research, and strategic planning.
• Proven track record of negotiating and closing deals, and building relationships with key stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of financial products, embedded lending, and capital markets infrastructure.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Riyadh and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Experience in the technology or fintech industry is beneficial.
