Point22 is hiring a sharp, senior operator to own outbound from zero to pipeline. You'll design the data, copy, and deliverability system that turns cold prospects into booked calls.
Outcomes you'll own- Consistent qualified replies and meetings booked for our ICPs.
- A reliable sending system: domains, DNS, inbox rotation, warmup, and inbox health.
- High-quality, targeted lists with clean data, enrichment, and suppression rules.
- Clear reporting on opens, replies, positive replies, meetings, and cost per meeting.
What you'll do- Define ICPs, build and enrich lists (Apollo, Clay, Sales Nav, Google Maps, directories).
- Set up and maintain deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, custom tracking domains, warming).
- Write tight copy, ship tests, and manage sequencing in Instantly/Smartlead/Lemlist/Mailshake.
- Triage replies, handle objections, and feed insights back into the next test.
- Spin up simple content to support outreach (short posts, mini case studies, quick blogs) when needed.
What makes you a fit- 3+ years owning cold email end to end for B2B lead gen (agency or product).
- Deep deliverability skills and a calm, systematic approach to troubleshooting.
- Strong list building and data hygiene; comfortable in Google Sheets.
- Crisp writing and a testing mindset; you move from idea to live test fast.
- Bonus: experience with home services/local SMBs and light SEO/content chops.
Role details- Part-time: 3-4 hours/day, MondayFriday
- Remote; some overlap with GMT+4m(Dubai) is helpful
