Senior Construction Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Operations Manager to oversee and drive the successful delivery of large-scale construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing construction operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in line with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage day-to-day construction operations across multiple projects.
- Develop and implement project execution strategies to achieve operational excellence.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, resources, and performance metrics.
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation plans.
- Drive productivity improvements and optimize resource utilization.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance management for construction teams.
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 12–15 years of experience in construction project delivery, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
- Strong background in large-scale building, infrastructure, or mixed-use development projects.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects and multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, contract administration, and project controls.
- Proficiency in project management and reporting tools.
