We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer to design and implement scalable data solutions that enable effective data-driven decision-making and advanced analytics across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes
- Build and support robust data infrastructure that can scale with business needs
- Collaborate with data science and analytics teams to deliver reliable, high-quality data
- Identify and implement improvements in data systems, processes, and performance
- Ensure data governance, security, and compliance standards are maintained
- Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing within the team
- Maintain documentation and support reporting for business decision-making
Requirements:
- 4 to 6 years of experience in data engineering or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
- Strong experience in building data pipelines and ETL processes
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language such as Python or Java
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data governance, and best practices
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
