Senior Design Manager - Infrastructure & Buildings

We are expanding our team for an exciting large-scale Mixed‑Use Development project in the UAE and are looking to engage highly skilled professionals in Design Manager roles. Each Design Manager appointed will be responsible for a different part of the project including Infrastructure & Buildings, Hospitality & Interior Design and Masterplan & Landscape.

Qualifications and professional Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering (Master's preferred)
• 10+ years of experience in design and engineering roles
• Minimum 5 years in a design management position
• Experience in large-scale developments (Infrastructure / Mixed-use / Urban Projects)
• Experience working within PMC or consultancy environment
• Experience in multidisciplinary coordination
• Familiarity with local authority requirements and approval processes
• Proficiency in design and coordination tools (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks)
• Manage the design process from concept through detailed design and IFC stages
• Ensure timely submission of all design deliverables in accordance with approved schedules
• Monitor design progress and report deviations
