Senior DevOps Engineer Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)

TMC Middle East is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer — Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) for a 6-month extendable contract with a leading technology organisation based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

You'll operate at the intersection of platform engineering, observability, and multi-cloud governance — fully remote, with real impact from the start.

Responsibilities

- Design, build, and operate OCI infrastructure (compute, VCN networking, security, Object/Block Storage, IAM) across KSA regions

- Administer OCI-managed database services including MySQL HeatWave with disaster-recovery configuration

- Own OCI tenancy governance: compartments, policies, quotas, budgets, and cost optimisation

- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions / GitLab CI) and manage Terraform state on OCI Object Storage backends

- Maintain the Prometheus / Grafana / Elastic observability stack and enforce NCA ECC/CCC and PDPL compliance controls

Requirements

- 5+ years of DevOps / SRE / cloud infrastructure experience, with at least 3+ years hands-on with OCI

- Deep expertise in OCI core services and strong Infrastructure-as-Code skills using Terraform and Ansible

- Proven CI/CD pipeline experience and solid Linux/Windows Server administration with Bash, PowerShell, or Python scripting

- Familiarity with Saudi regulatory cloud requirements (NCA ECC/CCC, PDPL data residency)

- Experience with disaster recovery, backup strategies, and workload migration
