An exciting leadership opportunity is available for an experienced executive to lead the establishment and growth of an innovative autonomous mobility and smart logistics business in the UAE.

Key responsibilities:

• Driving commercial strategy and business growth

• Leading autonomous delivery vehicle deployments and scale-up initiatives

• Managing strategic partnerships across logistics, retail, e-commerce, and government sectors

• Engaging with regulatory authorities and key stakeholders

• Overseeing operational performance, governance, and expansion initiatives

• Supporting innovation within smart mobility and advanced logistics ecosystems

Preferred background:

✔ 10–15 years of relevant leadership experience

✔ Strong exposure to mobility, logistics, CEP, autonomous technologies, or related sectors

✔ Proven track record in commercial growth and business scaling

✔ Experience within the UAE/GCC market

✔ Strong stakeholder management and regulatory engagement capabilities

✔ Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on leadership approach
