We are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to join our team for major Saudi Energy power plant projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managing complex electrical engineering and power generation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of power plant electrical projects.
- Manage all project phases while ensuring compliance with project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and HSE requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Review and approve engineering designs, technical documentation, project deliverables, and construction activities.
- Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Energy Company standards, industry regulations, and international engineering practices.
- Prepare project progress reports and present updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to project teams.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience, with significant involvement in Saudi Energy Company power plant projects.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale electrical engineering and power generation projects.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, engineering standards, and quality assurance processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional professional certifications in project management or engineering.
- Experience working with EPC contractors, engineering consultants, or utility companies.
- Strong understanding of Saudi Energy Company procedures and project execution standards.
