Senior Backend Engineer (Java / Python / Go)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Backend Engineer to join our engineering team and help build and scale high-performance, distributed systems.
About the Role
You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining backend services that power highly available and scalable platforms. You'll collaborate closely with talented engineers, influence architectural decisions, and help mentor team members as we grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain robust backend services
- Develop scalable, high-availability distributed systems
- Participate in architecture and technical design decisions
- Mentor and support junior and mid-level engineers
- Improve engineering practices, performance, and reliability
Key Requirements
- 5+ years of backend development experience
- Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or Go
- Experience with PostgreSQL / MySQL and Redis / Memcached
- Hands-on experience with AWS or GCP
- Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience building high-availability, scalable systems
- Experience mentoring or guiding engineers
Nice to Have
- Experience in the iGaming industry
- Knowledge of RGS integrations and casino wallet connectivity
- Exposure to event-driven architectures
- Experience with modern CI/CD pipelines
