Job Description

Job Purpose

The Senior Graphic Designer leads the creation and execution of high-quality visual designs across automotive brand campaigns and corporate communication projects. This role requires deep understanding of automotive aesthetics, strong brand sensitivity, and the ability to translate marketing strategies into impactful creative visuals across digital and offline platforms.

Responsibilities:

Creative Development

  • Conceptualize, design, and produce visual assets for automotive brand campaigns, showrooms, digital media, and corporate initiatives.
  • Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all creative outputs.
  • Collaborate with marketing, PR, and digital teams to develop creative concepts that enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement.
  • Oversee photo shoots, retouching, and adaptation of visuals for multiple channels.
  • Develop storyboards, presentation decks, and motion graphics for product launches and internal communications.

Project & Brand Management

  • Work with internal stakeholders to support campaign objectives for multiple automotive brands under the company's portfolio.
  • Maintain deep familiarity with automotive market trends, competitor visuals, and emerging design technologies.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail and brand differentiation.

Mentorship & Collaboration

  • Guide junior designers, providing feedback and ensuring creative alignment.
  • Support cross-functional teams (Digital, Events, CRM) with design direction and deliverables.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • 5+ years of professional design experience, preferably within automotive, luxury, or corporate sectors.
  • Proven portfolio showcasing campaign work across digital, print, and brand identity.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
  • Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is an advantage.
  • Photography or video editing skills are a plus.
  • Ability to handle multiple brand identities simultaneously.
