- Responsible for leading the creation of visually compelling marketing materials and design assets that align with the brand's identity and strategic goals.
Responsibility
- Leading and executing the creation of visual assets including brand identities, print materials, digital ads, web graphics, and social media content, product brochures, booklet, Presentaions.
- Overseeing and maintaining visual consistency across all brand touchpoints.
- Designing and animating motion graphics for video content, social media, product demos, explainer videos, and presentations.
- Developing storyboards and motion design concepts that support marketing campaigns and brand narratives.
- Staying updated with animation trends to create fresh and modern visuals.
- Editing raw video footage into compelling narratives aligned with brand objectives.
- Adding graphics, transitions, sound, and effects to enhance video content.
- Working closely with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and deliver high-impact video materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Motion Media, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in graphic design with demonstrated experience in motion graphics and video editing.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a mix of static designs, motion graphics, and edited videos.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Experience with video/audio production tools and workflows.
- Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- 3D design and animation experience (Cinema 4D, Blender, etc.).
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
- Experience with social media content trends and formats (e.g. Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
- Familiarity with photography and lighting setups is a plus.
