Job Description

Location:

  • Cairo, Egypt

Reporting To

  • Art Director / Senior Marketing Manager

Creative Design & Concept Development

  • Develop visually engaging designs across various media, including digital, print, social media, and advertising assets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, content, and creative teams to translate briefs into impactful design solutions.
  • Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines while maintaining originality and innovation.
  • Develop mood boards, visual concepts, and mockups to support marketing campaigns and branding initiatives.

Project Management & Execution

  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
  • Present design concepts to internal teams and clients, incorporating feedback for refinement.
  • Revise and fine-tune designs based on stakeholder input while maintaining brand consistency and high creative standards.
  • Prepare final artwork for digital publishing, print production, or social media deployment.

Innovation & Industry Awareness

  • Stay updated on design trends, emerging tools, and industry best practices to keep MUSE's creative output ahead of the curve.
  • Experiment with new design techniques, typography, color palettes, and layouts to elevate the agency's creative work.

Collaboration & Brand Consistency

  • Work closely with copywriters, account managers, and digital teams to develop cohesive marketing materials.
  • Maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms while adapting designs to suit different audiences and formats.
  • Support the Art Director and junior designers by providing guidance, feedback, and creative inspiration.

Key Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in graphic design within a marketing, advertising, or creative agency.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including branding, digital campaigns, and print materials.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects is a plus).
  • Excellent attention to detail, typography, color theory, and layout design skills.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Experience with both digital and print media production processes.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics, UI/UX principles, or video editing is a plus.
