Senior Graphic Designer (Packaging & Printing)

We are seeking a talented Senior Graphic Designer with strong experience in printing, packaging design, and preferably book design, to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in preparing print-ready files, understanding production processes, and delivering high-quality visual outcomes.

• Create high-quality, innovative packaging designs for various product lines.
• Design and execute a wide range of printed materials, ensuring professional and accurate output.
• Prepare print-ready files according to production requirements.
• Follow up with printing presses, review color proofs, and ensure final production quality.
• Design books, presentations, and editorial layouts, and prepare them for print.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to develop cohesive visual identities.
• Maintain strong awareness of production techniques, finishing, and material selection.
• Utilize AI image-generation tools to enhance workflow, generate concepts, and support the creative process when needed.

• 45+ years of experience in graphic design, with solid experience in packaging and print production.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of printing processes, including finishing, die-cutting, blocks, and color systems.
• Experience in book design and print layout is highly preferred.
• High artistic sense, creativity, and the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage projects independently.
