We are seeking a highly skilled
Senior Finalizer/Designer to lead the visual execution of this rebranding across all communication touchpoints. As part of the in-house creative agency, you will be responsible for translating the new brand guidelines into compelling design solutions across marketing collateral, campaign assets, and customer-facing communications. This role demands a strong understanding of brand systems, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex design rollouts.
Key Responsibilities
Rebranding Execution
- Interpret and apply the new brand guidelines across all design outputs.
- Redesign existing marketing materials to align with the refreshed brand identity.
- Create new templates and design systems for consistent application across channels.
Creative Development
- Develop high-quality visual assets for integrated campaigns, product launches, and digital platforms.
- Collaborate with copywriters and strategists to ensure cohesive storytelling.
- Ensure all designs reflect the bank's tone, values, and strategic positioning.
Project Management
- Manage multiple rebranding work streams simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
- Maintain version control and documentation of all updated assets.
- Support the Creative Director in planning and prioritizing rebranding phases.
Scope Of Tasks Rebranding Focus
Marketing Collateral
- Redesign brochures, flyers, posters, and product sheets.
- Refresh signage and environmental graphics for branches and offices.
Campaign Elements
- Create master visual concepts for ATL/BTL campaigns.
- Adapt campaign assets for digital, social, print, and OOH formats.
- Ensure consistency in typography, color palette, imagery, and layout across all executions.
Digital & Social Assets
- Design web banners, email templates, landing pages, and mobile assets.
- Develop social media templates and post designs aligned with the new brand.
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure brand consistency in digital platforms.
Brand Governance
- Help maintain and evolve the brand asset library.
- Conduct visual audits to identify outdated materials and recommend updates.
- Provide guidance and training to junior designers and other departments on brand usage.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in design, with proven experience in brand rollout or rebranding projects.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand systems and campaign work.
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience in financial services a positive
- Arabic proficiency will be an advantage
