Responsibilities

You will responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations while ensuring full compliance with Saudi and UAE labor regulations. The role focuses on government platform compliance, employee lifecycle management, payroll coordination, and maintaining HR governance through policies, audits, and documentation control.

  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations, including managing platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, and Mudad.
  • Handle UAE labor compliance requirements, including MOHRE regulations and contract management.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely updates across all government portals.
  • Prepare, review, and manage employee contracts in line with local labor laws.
  • Ensure proper implementation and adherence to company HR policies and procedures.
  • Support policy updates and communicate changes across the organization.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date HR documentation and employee files.
  • Support internal and external audits by ensuring compliance and documentation readiness.
  • Implement document control processes and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth employee experience.
  • Coordinate new hire documentation, orientation, and system setup.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR Operations, in Saudi Arabia and preferably in UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of KSA labor law and government platforms (Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad) is a must.
  • Familiarity with UAE labor law and MOHRE requirements is highly preferred.
  • Experience in handling employee contracts, payroll inputs, and HR administration.
  • Attention to detail and documentation control.
  • Good communication skills in English, and Arabic is must
