Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior HR Recruiter located in New Cairo. The Senior HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from identifying and attracting top talent to onboarding new hires. Daily tasks include job posting, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. The recruiter will also be involved in developing and implementing recruitment strategies, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and candidate sourcing techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage the full recruitment cycle and coordinate with hiring managers
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
