About the Role
You will own the full HR function for our KSA operations from recruitment and Saudization to payroll coordination and government compliance. This is a hands-on leadership role where your decisions directly shape hiring quality, compliance standing, and employee experience across the country.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end HR operations for KSA, acting as the primary HR authority for employees, managers, and leadership.
- Own recruitment delivery: workforce planning inputs, sourcing strategy, offer negotiation, and onboarding quality.
- Manage full compliance across Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, and Muqeem, ensuring zero-penalty standing and audit readiness at all times.
- Drive Saudization (Nitaqat) strategy — monitor band status, plan Saudi hiring pipelines, and report risks proactively.
- Supervise and develop junior HR staff, setting priorities, reviewing output, and building team capability.
- Own payroll inputs and month-end coordination with Finance, ensuring accuracy of attendance, leave, and contractual data.
- Advise management on Saudi Labor Law application disciplinary cases, contract changes, end-of-service, and disputes.
- Deliver HR reporting to leadership: headcount, turnover, Saudization tracking, and hiring metrics.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 4–6 years of HR experience in Saudi Arabia, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or lead capacity.
- Proven hands-on mastery of Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, and Muqeem transactions.
- Strong working knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and Nitaqat requirements.
- Experience managing payroll inputs and coordinating with Finance.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience with HRIS/ERP systems.
- Exposure to multi-entity or multi-site HR operations.
