We are seeking a passionate and experienced iOS Developer to join a well-known Islamic Bank. The Candidate will be responsible for the development and maintenance of applications aimed at a range of iOS devices including mobile phones and tablet computers. The primary focus will be development of iOS applications and their integration with back-end services. You will be working alongside other engineers and developers working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and the creation of quality products is essential.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement new projects and change requests (CRs)
- Interpret and apply solution design documents; coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders for clarity and alignment
- Work closely with backend engineers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless connectivity between services
- Develop clean, maintainable, and scalable code using Swift
- Design, write, and execute unit tests to ensure reliability and performance
- Participate in structured code reviews to maintain quality and share best practices.
- Draft deployment plans and write detailed release notes to support smooth delivery and launch cycles
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- 5+ years of experience as an iOS Developer
- Proven experience in Banking or Fintech industries
- Proficient with Swift 5, SwiftUI and Cocoa Touch.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration practices
- Experience with unit testing frameworks and CI/CD tools
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with designers, developers, and stakeholders
