Your New Role
As a Senior Project Manager, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end delivery of large-scale, highly complex technology programs from initiation through to closure. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Project Delivery & Execution, you will serve as the primary delivery lead for key clients, driving projects to succeed within agreed scope, timeline, budget, quality standards, and margin expectations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the delivery of complex digital, cloud, and data transformation projects.
- Overseeing financial performance, including budget management, cost tracking, forecasting, and margin protection.
- Driving robust risk, issue, and change governance across all delivery streams.
- Acting as the primary delivery contact for senior client stakeholders, leading governance meetings and progress reporting.
- Coordinating cross-functional internal teams, partners, and subcontractors.
- Mentoring Associate and Project Managers while contributing to the continuous refinement of internal delivery frameworks.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years of dedicated project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale digital, cloud, or data transformation initiatives.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Software Engineering, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or an equivalent project management certification is required. Agile certifications (e.g., SAFe, Scrum, PMI-ACP) are highly desirable.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong capability in financial management, revenue tracking, and protecting commercial outcomes.
- Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Exceptional capability to align senior stakeholders, lead cross-functional teams, and mentor junior PM talent.
- Languages: Arabic & English (written and verbal) is required; Arabic fluency is a strong advantage.
