Description:

. Creating conceptual visions for a variety of private and public-sector landscape architecture projects.

. Concept design development and provide cost estimating, detail design services, contract document preparation and undertake various field services such as site inventories and construction inspection and reports.

. Management and production of project design drafting and detailing.

. Illustration of design concepts and preparation of design reports.

. Preparation and production of design and construction drawings and schematic illustrations

. Design detailing in an accurate and efficient manner

. Assisting in the preparation of schedules of quantity and cost estimates

. Illustration of design concepts and preparation of design reports.

. Ability to thrive in a multi-disciplined and multi-cultural environment.

. Ability to execute a project from concept through construction documentation.

. Cutting edge landscape design

. Strong graphic capabilities

. Attend client meetings and in-house meetings.

. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment

Title:

Senior Landscape Architect

Qualifications:

. A degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited university or a combination of related education and experience.

. 12-15 years years of work experience

. Has experience working with International Design firms

. A sound understanding of landscape architectural design principles, practice, work requirements, and construction methods.

. CMLI / IFLA registration and internationally recognized accreditation
