Description
A reputed company in Kuwait is looking for highly professional Senior Landscape Designer to join our dynamic team.
Requirement:-
Lead the design and planning of residential, commercial, and public landscape projects from concept to completion.
Develop 2D and 3D landscape presentations, renderings, and visualizations using industry-standard design software.
Meet with clients to understand project requirements, preferences, budget, and timeline.
Select appropriate plants, trees, shrubs, paving materials, lighting, water features, and outdoor furniture based on project requirements and environmental conditions.
Conduct site inspections to monitor project progress, resolve design-related issues, and ensure quality standards are achieved.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior landscape designers and drafting staff.
Participate in client presentations, design reviews, and project meetings.
Continuously improve design quality, project efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Support the Operations and Maintenance teams by providing technical design assistance when required.
Qualifications
Master or bachelor degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or related field.
Minimum 5 to 7 years of professional experience in landscape design or related field.
Proven experience managing residential, commercial, hospitality, and public landscape projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Enscape, SketchUp, Lumion and Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of Revit, 3ds Max, or BIM software is an added advantage.
Strong understanding of softscape, hardscape, irrigation systems, landscape lighting, and sustainable design principles.
