We at Exclusive Networks are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Marketing Specialist to join our Middle East team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role is critical to the marketing function, which Is responsible for driving growth, brand building, generating leads and managing vendor and channel marketing relationships

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

In this role, you'll be responsible for executing marketing campaigns that drive business growth. Your day to day will include managing events, digital campaigns, analyzing and reporting campaign performance, and supporting Internal and vendor initiatives. You will report directly to the Head of Marketing for the META region.

As a Marketing Specialist, what will you do

• Event Management: Venue Selection, coordination with the logistics team, managing attendee communications, and providing pre- and post-event support to ensure successful execution of events.
• Telemarketing: Your role will involve qualifying potential partners or customers through outbound phone calls and follow up on enquiries efficiently.
• Revenue Generation: Collaborate with sales and inside sales to drive Exclusive Led Business - incremental opportunities generated through marketing initiatives.
• CRM Maintenance: Maintain and update the CRM system with lead information from various sources, including marketing campaigns, website, events, and telemarketing activities.
• Budget Management: Track and manage marketing budgets, ensuring timely payments to suppliers.
• Reporting: Evaluate performance of marketing initiatives by tracking and reporting particularly on leads generated, conversion rates, return on investment, social media engagement, website traffic, telemarketing and event attendance.
• Design and Graphics: Support the creation of marketing materials, such as graphics and collaterals, using design tools.
• Digital Marketing: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns
• Content Creation: Support in the creation of marketing content, including press releases, blog posts, newsletters and social content, to drive engagement and brand awareness.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you

The ideal Marketing Specialist should have:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field
• 4-5 years of experience in marketing (technology domain preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency In English.
• Strong telemarketing skills, to articulate enquiries clearly and persuasively
• Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask
• Graphic designing skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience of using social media platforms
• Proven experience in B2B marketing (preferred)
• Has experience using SAP, Hubspot, SalesForce, Monday.com, and Eloqua.
• Enthusiasm for technology and cybersecurity (preferred)
• Creativity, resourcefulness, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
