Job Summary
Responsible for the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of the customer's enterprise network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and secure network services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage LAN, WAN, and wireless network infrastructure.
- Configure and maintain routers, switches, and network services.
- Troubleshoot network incidents and performance issues.
- Implement network changes according to approved procedures.
- Monitor network performance and capacity.
- Support cybersecurity implementation from a networking perspective.
- Maintain network documentation.
- Provide technical guidance to support technicians.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- Minimum 7 years of networking experience.
- Strong knowledge of Cisco routing and switching technologies.
- Experience with enterprise firewalls and network monitoring tools.
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
