Capital Elite Developments is hiring a Senior Personnel & Payroll Specialist to manage HR operations, personnel files, attendance, payroll inputs, social insurance, employee documentation, and monthly HR operational reports.
The role is responsible for ensuring accurate employee records, organized payroll data, proper attendance follow-up, and compliance with labor law and social insurance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee files, contracts, hiring documents, and required HR records.
- Follow up attendance, leaves, absences, penalties, overtime, and monthly variables.
- Prepare and review monthly payroll inputs before submission to Finance.
- Coordinate with Finance and concerned departments regarding payroll, deductions, commissions, overtime, and settlements.
- Handle social insurance procedures, hiring forms, resignations, terminations, and final settlements.
- Maintain accurate employee data on the HR system, attendance system, or approved tracking sheets.
- Prepare monthly reports related to payroll errors, attendance issues, missing documents, and operational risks.
- Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, attendance, leaves, and HR procedures.
- Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law, social insurance regulations, and internal HR policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Personnel, Payroll, and Social Insurance.
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law, social insurance, personnel procedures, and employee files.
- Hands-on experience in preparing payroll inputs and reviewing attendance, absence, leaves, penalties, overtime, and deductions.
- Strong experience with attendance systems, HR systems, and Excel.
- Practical understanding of commissions, monthly variables, deductions, and final settlements.
- Experience in real estate, construction, multi-branch, or site-based companies is preferred.
- Experience coordinating payroll data with Finance.
- Experience using HRIS, attendance systems, or payroll tracking sheets.
- Strong ability to handle employee inquiries calmly and professionally.
- Very good command of English for forms and reports.
- Strong documentation skills.

- 5 Working Days (Sun-Thu)
- 2 Days off
- 9 Working Hours (9:00AM : 6:00PM)
