1. Job purpose:
- The Piping Engineer has a strong technical background with all aspects of piping
- constructions and components like but not limited to integrated skid packages, pressure
- vessels, Tanks, Heat transfer equipment, valves, pumps.
- The engineer designs and prepares calculations in accordance with the applicable
- international and client specific specifications and standards.
2. Duties & responsibilities, Accountabilities:
- Review technical package received from customers and vendors for discipline related matters
- Prepare technical clarifications to customers and vendors for discipline related matters
- Prepare technical specifications for discipline related topics
- Prepare calculations, datasheets, material take off list and other engineering deliverables as required for discipline related components
- Perform technical risk analysis for discipline related topics OSCS-HR-FRM12, Rev:02
- Develop internal design and engineering tools, templates and guidelines to improve discipline specific knowledge and expertise sharing opportunities
- Full compliance with HSE requirements.
- Reporting any HSE related issues such as damage, potential danger, near miss incidents and/or accidents
3. Level of Education / Qualifications / Certification:
- Bachelor Graduate from university in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
education.
