Job Title: Senior Planning Engineer.
Sector/Business Line: ElSewedy Electric T&D.
Scope: Transmission & distribution.
Department: PMO.
Job Location: Cairo, Egypt.
Accountabilities:
- Review the RFS documents and information to be sure it is complete and sufficient to get offers
- Prepare and issue inquiries to subcontractors based on project requirements and BOQs.
- Collect, review, and analyze subcontractor quotations to ensure compliance with technical and commercial requirements.
- Prepare detailed comparison sheets and provide recommendations for subcontractor selection.
- Participate in negotiations with subcontractors to secure the most competitive and compliant offers.
- Review the draft subcontract agreements in coordination with the team leader and management.
- Monitor through the evaluation feedback the subcontractor performance regarding cost, quality, and schedule compliance.
- Maintain proper documentation of subcontracting processes and ensure alignment with company policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with reliable subcontractors and update the subcontractor database.
- Support the Subcontracting Team Leader in process improvements and department initiatives.
- Provide guidance to junior engineers in the subcontracting team.

Education Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
Qualification:
- 5 7 Years of experience.
- Construction management and project management background is a must.
- Industrial projects experience is a must.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and Power Point).
- Excellent Command of Arabic & English language skills.

Professional Experience Required:
- Worked in Substation Projects or PV Project is preferred.
- Communication and Collaboration: Liaise effectively with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and maintaining alignment on project schedules.
