Responsible for analyzing, designing, documenting, and improving business processes across the organization to enhance operational efficiency, service quality, and compliance. The role works closely with business and technology teams to support process improvements, automation initiatives, and strategic projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Design and document business processes, workflows, SOPs, and RACI matrices.
- Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Analyze operational KPIs and prepare process performance reports.
- Gather and document business requirements for system enhancements and automation.
- Support UAT, implementation, and rollout of new business processes.
- Work with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and eliminate operational bottlenecks.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives and business process transformation projects.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Process Improvement, Business Analysis, Business Excellence, Operations, or Continuous Improvement.
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, or Microfinance is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Process Mapping (BPMN), SOP documentation, and workflow design.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Lean Six Sigma or BPM certification is a plus
