Role Overview:
Lead and manage large-scale building construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery within time, budget, and quality standards. Provide strategic direction, oversee project teams, and ensure compliance with UAE construction norms and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct overall project planning, execution, and delivery.
- Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, safety, and quality standards.
- Manage client relationships, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
- Oversee budgets, contracts, schedules, and risk management.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and performance oversight of project staff.
Requirements:
- Graduate in Civil Engineering / Construction Engineering (or related).
- Minimum 20+ years experience in building construction, with at least 10 years in senior leadership roles.
- Proven track record of delivering high-value building projects in the UAE.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE building construction norms and regulations.
