The PM will be B2B SPOC for the Mega Project Implementation
The PM's primary responsibility will be to ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget and that the customer is engaged and satisfied with the progress
The PM resources will be funded through Professional Services charges added to the Mega Project's budget
The duration of a PM's assignment will be specified in the scope of the project.
Collect all project documents (proposal, PO, business case, contracts )
Create Project Charter and Project Plan.
Hold a Kick off with all relevant stakeholders and with the customer to align on deliverables and timelines.
Issue work orders to vendors and review/approve their invoices.
Manage all project documentation.
Support B2B Operations with any Billing or Invoice Payment issued.
Implement Quality and Change Orders processes.
Monitor and issue periodic reports on Progress for internal as well as external stakeholders.
Obtain necessary sign-offs and acceptance from the customer to close all milestones.
Identify any up-sell opportunities and refer them to appropriate sales or business development channels.
PMP certification.
Experience with large/complex IT and Telecom projects.
