The Opportunity

We are working with a leading organisation delivering large-scale, mission-critical data centre projects and are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Project Leader to take full ownership of a major project from award through to commissioning and handover.

This is a senior leadership position, offering the opportunity to lead one of the region's most significant data centre EPC's. The successful candidate will be responsible for overall project performance, commercial success, client satisfaction and the safe delivery of the project across all Civil, Structural, Architectural (CSA) and Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of a large-scale data centre project from mobilisation through to commissioning and final handover.
• Provide strategic leadership across all CSA and MEP disciplines, ensuring seamless coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and execute project delivery strategies, including resource planning, procurement, programme recovery and supply chain management.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact throughout project delivery.
• Oversee commercial performance, including contract administration, variations, change management, claims and risk management.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
• Drive HSE, quality and regulatory compliance across all stages of the project.
• Lead commissioning, operational readiness and final handover, ensuring all critical systems achieve the required performance standards.
• Provide leadership to multidisciplinary project teams, creating a collaborative and high-performing project environment.

Requirements

• Extensive experience leading the delivery of large-scale data centre or mission-critical projects.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary CSA and MEP teams.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience managing project P&L, contracts and risk.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated experience delivering projects from pre-construction through commissioning and handover.
• Strong understanding of HSE, quality and regulatory compliance within complex construction environments.
• Previous experience working on hyperscale or mission-critical developments is highly desirable.
