Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive lead conversion.
Provide comprehensive presentations of the company's projects, including master plans, floor plans, payment schedules, and architectural unique selling points (USPs).
Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the real estate market, competitor activities, and economic trends to provide clients with accurate ROI (Return on Investment) forecasts.
Build and nurture a strong pipeline of potential clients while maintaining long-term relationships with existing buyers for referrals and repeat business.
Manage the end-to-end sales process—from initial contact and site visits to negotiation and the final signing of contracts.
Ensure all client interactions, follow-ups, and status updates are accurately recorded in the CRM system.
Represent the developer at local and international real estate exhibitions and corporate events.
Job Requirements:
Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in Real Estate sales (Experience working directly for a Developer is highly preferred).
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Skills:
Strong negotiation and influential closing skills.
Excellent communication and public speaking abilities.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and master plans.
Languages: Full professional proficiency in English and Arabic.
