Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Property Consultant based in New Cairo. The Senior Property Consultant will be responsible for delivering expert property consultations, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, identifying client needs, and providing tailored real estate solutions. Daily tasks include assisting clients through the buying, selling, or renting process, conducting property tours, and achieving sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service.
Qualifications
Lead property sales activities and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with high-profile clients.
Provide expert advice on property investments and market trends.
Manage and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Mentor and support junior property consultants in achieving their sales goals.
Stay updated on new projects, market conditions, and competitors.
Conduct site visits and property tours for potential buyers.
Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with clients.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities on CRM.
