This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Cairo, for the position of Senior Property Consultant. The Senior Property Consultant will engage in daily activities such as advising clients on property investments, building strong client relationships, and managing real estate sales processes to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities also include conducting market research, identifying opportunities, and providing top-notch customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

• Strong skills in Consulting and Communication for effectively analyzing client requirements, presenting recommendations, and delivering impactful solutions.
• Exceptional Customer Service skills to ensure seamless support and satisfaction for clients.
• Proficiency in Sales with a solid understanding of real estate transactions and the ability to achieve targets.
• Experience in the Real Estate sector with knowledge of market trends and property laws is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual with outstanding negotiation and networking skills.
