Key Responsibilities:
Ensure quality monitoring and control of subcontractor facilities and vendors.
Lead and participate in quality audits, ensuring adherence to ISO procedures.
Implement and maintain Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols across all
project sites.
Lead ISO auditing processes and ensure compliance with relevant industry standards.
Experienced in handling and completing prequalification submissions with major end-
users (e.g., ADNOC, ARAMCO), ensuring timely submission of documentation.
Prepare, maintain, and continuously improve ISO documentation and quality systems.
Conduct ISO internal audits and coordinate external audit activities.
Demonstrate company ISO policies, procedures, and documentation during customer
audits and assessments.
Collaborate closely with the Sales team to support business excellence initiatives and
ensure alignment with QHSE objectives.
Present and represent the company during client meetings to demonstrate compliance
with ISO and QHSE requirements.
Provide leadership in QA/QC and HSE operations within the manufacturing and
fabrication sectors.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain quality, safety, and operational
excellence across all projects.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in QA/QC, HSE, or QHSE roles.
Experienced in handling and completing prequalification submissions with major end-
users (e.g., ADNOC, ARAMCO).
Strong knowledge of ISO management systems, auditing, and documentation practices.
Hands-on experience conducting internal and external ISO audits.
Prior experience leading or participating in client audits is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
UAE Driving License required.
Male candidates preferred.
Note: This is a hybrid role combining site-based QHSE responsibilities with office-based
Business Excellence and client-facing duties. Candidates should be comfortable working
both on-site and in an office capacity.
