Role Description The Senior Sales Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving sales training programs for 4level1's commercial teams. This role includes conducting classroom and workshop-style training sessions, developing training materials and sales playbooks, and coaching sales professionals on effective communication and customer engagement techniques. The Senior Sales Trainer will assess skills gaps, track training outcomes, and collaborate with sales leadership to align training content with business objectives and performance targets. The role also involves mentoring junior trainers, supporting onboarding of new sales team members, and recommending tools and methods to enhance training effectiveness and consistency.
Qualifications
- Strong Presentation Skills and Communication abilities to deliver engaging, clear, and impactful training sessions.
- Experience in Sales Trainings and Training & Development, including designing curricula, workshops, and coaching programs for sales teams.
- Customer Service expertise to model and teach best practices in client interaction, relationship building, and issue resolution.
- Proven experience in a senior training or sales enablement role, preferably within education, language training, or service-oriented industries.
- Ability to analyze performance data, identify skill gaps, and adapt training strategies accordingly.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
- Proficiency in English; additional regional language skills are an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
