Job Description

Impact: Nature and scope of influence a position has on its area of responsibility/ operation. • Monitor the support to ensure that support to the SAP CRM users is provided in line with the agreed SLA’s to attain high iGDI.

• Increase and sustain usage, awareness and training level among users to help them utilize full potential of SAP CRM Applications.

• Ensure complete integration of SAP CRM and ECC with line of business and legacy applications using corporate middleware infrastructure.

• Strong integration experience with SAP Cloud for customer

• Strong integration experience with SAP Hybris.

• Strong integration experience with SAP Cloud platform and SAP cloud platform integration suite.

• Strong experience in creating data sources in SAP CRM for SAP BW.

• Experience in configurations and development of SAP CRM communication profiles.

• Support the digital projects integrations provide impact analysis of configuration changes in SAP CRM.

• Experience in defining and configuring SAP CRM web integration using APIs, Web services and third-party integrations.

• Implement changes in CRM to comply with Federal laws and regulations for Automotive sector for KSA.

• Strong understanding and experience in configurations of CRM roles

• Strong experience in CRM middleware configurations.

• Strong experience in ABAP, Webdynpro, Workflows, Functional modules and BADI development.

• Experience in configurations in action profile, scheduled jobs and monitoring.

• Making sure the CRM is customer focused and working to maximize its effectiveness for sales and distribution.

• Experience in developing integration using BAPI, SAP PI integration.

• Planning, managing and delivering multi-channel, digital CRM marketing campaigns.

• Design and Develop SAP CRM product management capabilities in line with SAP ECC.

• Responsible for CRM to handle Product Management, Opportunity Management, Service management with proper reporting and analytical capabilities integration experience with SAP BW.

• Segmenting of the CRM to enable tailored and relevant marketing messages to customers.

• Ensure return on investment through KPI’s and performance metrics.

• Championing and driving through necessary CRM changes ensuring full buy in from all stakeholders in the business.
