The role
We are hiring a Senior Client Solutions & Success Lead who owns the full delivery arc of a client relationship — from the first demo and POC through configuration, training, adoption, incidents, renewal, and expansion. You are the client's first call and the owner of whatever happens next. The scope is hands-on by design: in the product, configuring it, training users on it, demonstrating it, and building agentic AI workflows on it. Deep AI expertise is not required on day one — the technical aptitude and curiosity to build it is.
What you'll do
- Own application-layer configuration once a product is live — translating the client's structure, workflows, permissions, and business rules into the product through the GUI.
- Design and deliver structured, role-calibrated training at client premises.
- Design, build, and prompt agentic AI workflows for client use cases — with senior technical escalation for the hardest pieces.
- Lead POCs and demos configured to the prospect's actual use case, and bring delivery credibility into presales.
- Take every client call and own the outcome — resolving directly within scope, coordinating internal teams when not, and owning the client communication throughout, including after-hours escalations that need a business-side decision.
- Drive adoption beyond go-live, prepare every renewal from 90 days out, surface expansion opportunities, and feed structured product feedback into Product Management.
What we're looking for
Experience
- 4–6 years in enterprise software delivery, implementation consulting, technical account management, or application support — hands-on, at client sites.
- Substantive client conversations at IT Director or department-head level.
- Structured enterprise training delivered at client premises, and POC or demo experience.
Technical
- Requirements analysis translated into application-layer configuration through a product GUI.
- JSON literacy and basic scripting; API concepts strong enough to interpret integration documentation.
- A track record of self-directed technical learning — the aptitude to grow into agentic AI workflow design.
Language, location, and rhythm
- Arabic–English professional fluency — every active client operates in Arabic.
- Cairo-based with significant client-site time across Egypt and MENA travel as we expand. Not a remote or hybrid role.
- After-hours escalation ownership when it matters — the response is the same at 10 pm as on a Tuesday morning.
ّImportant to have
- Agentic AI, LLM workflow, or prompt-engineering exposure in any context; ECM or document-management product familiarity (IBM FileNet, OpenText, Documentum).
- Formal POC delivery to an evaluation committee, or government / MENA enterprise delivery experience.
