Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Technical Architect role based in Cairo. The Senior Technical Architect will lead the design and governance of complex technical architectures, ensuring alignment with business requirements and enterprise standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining solution architecture for key initiatives, guiding software development teams on best practices, and overseeing system integration between new and existing platforms. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders across engineering, PMO, and construction supervision to ensure technical feasibility, scalability, security, and performance of solutions. The Senior Technical Architect will also mentor junior team members, contribute to technical roadmaps, and participate in architectural reviews and documentation.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Technical Architecture and Solution Architecture, with experience designing scalable, secure, and resilient systems.
- Hands-on experience in Software Development, including exposure to modern frameworks, coding standards, and development lifecycles.
- Proven skills in Integration, such as APIs, middleware, and data exchange between heterogeneous systems.
- Background in Enterprise Architecture, including architecture frameworks, standards, and governance practices.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary environments, preferably in engineering, construction, or design-focused organizations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with capacity to translate complex requirements into practical technical solutions.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and mentor others.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, security principles, and performance optimization is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Cairo and commit to full-time responsibilities.
