Role Description The Senior Video Editor role is a full-time Remote position based in Dubai, with flexibility for some work from home. The Senior Video Editor will manage end-to-end post-production, including assembling raw footage, editing sequences, adding effects, and ensuring smooth narrative flow for a variety of brand and social media projects. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with producers, videographers, and creative teams to interpret briefs, refine storyboards, and deliver polished content aligned with client objectives and brand guidelines. The role involves color grading, sound refinement, motion graphics integration, and adapting content for multiple platforms and formats. The Senior Video Editor will also contribute creative ideas, maintain organized project files, meet deadlines, and uphold quality standards across all deliverables.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with experience managing end-to-end post-production workflows.
• Proficiency in Video Color Grading, ensuring visual consistency and high-quality imagery across different projects.
• Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics to enhance storytelling and brand communication.
• Competence in Graphics design for titles, lower thirds, overlays, and social media assets.
• Advanced knowledge of industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects).
• Proven experience in editing content for brands, social media, and digital campaigns, preferably within the UAE market.
• Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take feedback and work closely with creative and marketing teams.
• Portfolio demonstrating high-quality video editing and motion graphics work; prior agency or production house experience is an advantage.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Film, Media, Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience with over 6 years is a must
• Portfolio must be strong and apealing
