About the Role
Solarabic is looking for a Senior Videography Specialist to join our team full-time (Egypt & UAE).
This role is ideal for a videographer and editor with strong corporate content experience, who can shoot, edit, and deliver high-quality video quickly and consistently in a fast-paced, agency-style environment.
You'll work closely with the creative team and directly with clients to produce bilingual (English/Arabic) video content aligned with brand strategy and communication goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Shoot corporate video content: interviews, events, exhibition highlights, and social media reels
- Edit and finish videos in Adobe Premiere Pro, with color, sound, and pacing to a professional standard
- Design and animate motion graphics in After Effects, and prepare supporting graphics in Photoshop/ Illustrator
- Write scripts and content outlines based on client briefs
- Ideate video concepts collaboratively with clients and internally, translating briefs into a clear creative direction
- Handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to creative direction
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in videography, editing, and motion graphics (agency or corporate experience required)
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Own professional-grade equipment (camera, audio gear, laptop capable of editing 4K)
- Strong scriptwriting and storytelling skills — able to shape a client brief into a concept
- High attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to work fast without compromising quality
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Based in Dubai, UAE, and able to travel locally for shoots
- Strong portfolio/reel showcasing corporate interviews, event/exhibition coverage, and social reels
