Service Engineer – Foundation & Piling Machinery

Job Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on foundation and piling equipment, including rotary drilling rigs, diaphragm wall equipment, and hydraulic pile-driving rigs.
- Conduct machine commissioning, delivery inspections, after-sales service, and periodic maintenance.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers, ensuring timely resolution of equipment issues.
- Visit customer sites to inspect equipment, identify maintenance requirements, and support new machine acceptance.
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults, and carry out repairs and component replacements.
- Coordinate with the spare parts team to ensure timely parts availability and support parts sales initiatives.
- Implement product upgrades, technical modifications, and service improvement programs.
- Prepare accurate service reports and coordinate technical issues with engineering and sales teams.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with foundation and piling machinery.
- Hands-on experience with rotary drilling rigs is mandatory.
- Experience in servicing foundation construction equipment such as rotary drilling rigs, diaphragm wall equipment, or pile-driving rigs is highly preferred.
- Valid UAE driver's license is mandatory.
- Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel across the UAE and GCC when required.
