I'm working with a leading technology organisation that is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Platform Architect to play a key role in shaping the architecture and governance of a large-scale enterprise ServiceNow platform.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys influencing platform strategy while remaining hands-on with solution design and technical decision-making.

Key responsibilities include:

• Defining platform architecture, standards and design principles
• Providing architectural governance across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM and CMDB
• Reviewing solution designs and guiding development teams
• Establishing reusable design patterns and platform guardrails
• Leading integration architecture, API strategy and MID Server governance
• Supporting platform upgrades, scalability and long-term maintainability
• Acting as the technical authority for complex architectural decisions

We're looking for candidates with:

• 8+ years of ServiceNow experience
• Strong multi-module architecture experience
• Expertise in CSDM, CMDB and platform governance
• Experience within large enterprise or Centre of Excellence (CoE) environments
• CSA and CAD certifications (CTA is highly desirable)
