Job Opportunity: Senior Siebel Developer (8+ Years)

About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Siebel Developer to work onsite in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, supporting and enhancing enterprise-grade Siebel CRM platforms. The role requires deep technical expertise, ownership of complex solutions, and close collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and lead end-to-end Siebel CRM development and customization
- Design and implement complex Siebel configurations, workflows, and business components
- Develop and maintain Siebel Open UI, Browser Scripts, and server-side eScript
- Design, build, and support system integrations using EAI, REST/SOAP Web Services, and middleware
- Perform performance tuning, system optimization, and root cause analysis
- Review technical designs and code, ensuring best practices and quality standards
- Mentor and guide junior Siebel developers
- Work closely with business teams, QA, infrastructure, and vendors
- Support release planning, deployments, and post-production support
- Ensure compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements, particularly in enterprise and banking environments
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Siebel CRM development
- Strong expertise in Siebel Tools, Workflow, EAI, Assignment Manager, and Open UI
- Advanced scripting skills using eScript / Browser Script
- Solid experience with Oracle Database and SQL performance tuning
- Proven experience owning or leading Siebel technical components
- Banking or financial services experience preferred

- Experience with Siebel upgrades or migrations
- Exposure to SOA architectures or enterprise integration platforms
