Bringing Technology to life

As a Site Planner, you will have the direct responsibility to plan and control all site activities from initial site preparation of the plant and will take primary responsibility for the management of all quality control procedures, policy and practices related to all the units and auxiliaries

As a Site Planner, you will be responsible for:

  • Issuing the first plan for site activities, working with the CPM and HQ/Regional functions, in order to respect the schedule of outage events

  • Collaborate with the various offices and functions involved in the execution of the work, in order to define the detailed work program for the different stages such as work preparation, engineering, procurement, part refurbishment develop the activity interfaces.

  • Liaising with Material Manager and CPM, reporting any discrepancy in respect of the overall schedule of parts and repairs.

  • Correlating data and information received from different sources and integrate them into a common work program, including material status report regarding also sub-supplied components.

  • Preparing with customer's asset management team, the monthly status report in accordance with the contractor's standard planning system to ensure that customer is provided with feedback.

  • Fulfillment of contractual quality requirements in terms of Site QCP preparation, inspection, execution, documentation collection quality certifications and records submission management of non conformity inspections audits to Baker Hughes subcontractors.

  • Have a bachelor degree from accredited university or equivilant.
  • Have more than 5 years of relevant experience.
