site supervision & technical office engineer

Brouq Developments is looking for a qualified and experienced Site Supervision Engineer to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.

Monitor contractor performance, quality standards, and compliance with safety requirements.

Review shop drawings and coordinate with consultants for technical approvals.

Document site progress, identify issues, and follow up on corrective actions.

Ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within project scope.

Strong experience in Technical Office activities, including Quantity Surveying, Quantity Take-Off, BOQ preparation, shop drawing review, and project documentation.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a reputable university.

5+ years of experience in site supervision within real estate development and construction projects.

Previous experience representing the Owner (Client Representative) is a must.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, quality control procedures, and project coordination.

Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
