Key Accountabilities:
- Perform on-site visits to clinics and healthcare providers to verify the receipt and installation of bank-financed medical equipment.
- Confirm that equipment specifications, quantities, and serial numbers match approved financing records and supporting documents.
- Take clear photographs of financed equipment and clinic premises to support verification and audit requirements.
- Obtain and validate equipment price quotations and related documentation to ensure consistency with approved financing terms.
- Document visit findings and submit accurate, timely reports highlighting verification results and any discrepancies identified.
- Report missing equipment, documentation gaps, or other irregularities to the relevant stakeholders for investigation and resolution.
Qualifications, Experience:
- Bachelor degree in Commerce, Accounting, Marketing or it's equivalence
- 0 to 2 years of experience in field operations, verification, customer service, or a related role.
- Must have access to either a smartphone with high quality camera or a professional camera to photograph and document medical equipment as required for operational and reporting purposes
