The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage with customers, and drive website traffic. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across various social media platforms
- Engage with followers and respond to inquiries and comments in a timely manner
- Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics of social media campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to ensure our strategies remain effective
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with other marketing campaigns
- Assist in the creation of promotional materials for online campaigns
Requirements
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Experience & Skills
- 2-5 years of experience in social media management or related field
- Proficient in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging content
