As we scale, we're looking for a Social Media & Content Executive to take our brand voice and online presence to the next level.

About the Role

We're looking for a creative, trend-savvy, and highly motivated Social Media & Content Executive to manage and grow our digital presence across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube. You'll create engaging content, support marketing campaigns, and work alongside our creative and sales teams to bring the Kamani Living lifestyle to life online.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day posting across all social media platforms
• Develop engaging content strategies that reflect the Kamani brand and target audience
• Create and manage social media calendars, captions, hashtags, and publishing schedules
• Film and edit short-form content for Instagram Reels and TikTok
• Support marketing campaigns with creative content (graphics, photos, videos, stories)
• Track content performance and adapt strategy to increase engagement and reach
• Collaborate with the design, sales, and marketing teams to align messaging and visuals
• Stay up-to-date on digital trends, real estate marketing, and influencer strategies

Requirements

• 13 years experience in social media management or content creation (real estate or lifestyle preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and content trends
• Content creation skills: video filming/editing, photography, caption writing
• Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite is a plus)
• Creative eye and strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for social media
