Job Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to translate problems with the platform
  • Understand the production environment and fix issues that arise
  • Assist users in the development and prototyping of their solutions including machine learning methods that require pre-processing and training
  • Provide technical guidance and recommendations for customers that are starting their digitization journey
  • Proactively seek out problems within customer projects and collaborate with the technical support teams

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • 4+ years of experience in software development
  • High proficiency in python programming
  • Experience with some other languages (C, Go, SQL, R, Julia) is a bonus
  • Proficient in Docker and container concepts including volumes, networking, and images
  • Sound knowledge of troubleshooting software bugs and digging into infrastructure to identify problems and prevent similar issues in future
  • Experience with collaborative software development, such as version control, continuous deployment, unit testing, integration testing, and good documentation
  • Some experience working with software that interfaces with real-world industrial equipment, whether with embedded software, drivers, or similar
